So, far, I have lived on an island, a city and a village. I am a licensed real estate agent in the Republic of Croatia, and, being American, and I know how to get the job done! I am also a court translator. Personally, I am motivated, and well-connected with a group of professionals who will minimize the task of matchmaking the buyer and seller for a Happily Ever After result. I am insured and listed on the registry of real estate agents in Croatia. My rate for the client is 3% of the sale or purchase price, depending if you are a buyer or seller. I work with other seasoned colleagues so we can get your property in front of as many eyes as possible.
